By accessing the Zimway platform and initiating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Zimway Microfinance Bank.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Any activity performed under your account is your sole responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
The use of Zimway services for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal activities as defined by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and international regulators is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination and legal reporting.
While we maintain 99.9% uptime, Zimway is not liable for indirect losses resulting from temporary service interruptions or third-party infrastructure failures.
